Dr. Laurynas Gilys is a medical physicist and cyclotron operator at the Nuclear Medicine Department of LUHS Kauno Klinikos, where he works closely with Prof. Dr. Donatas Vajauskas. In his role, he is responsible for the production of diagnostic radioisotopes as a cyclotron operator, as well as for quality control and quality assurance of the department’s equipment as a medical physicist. His expertise in nuclear medicine to advancing technological standards contributes significantly to the development of new infrastructures and facilities, expanding the availability of innovative diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
